We had the crew out processing the chickens today. There were six of us, and it took almost three hours to get thirty-nine birds into coolers and clean up the equipment. I haven't weighed them yet, but they're pretty good size. They're in shrink-wrap bags I found on the internet which should help protect them in the freezer.
Since Kelly was gone most of the winter at Law Enforcement school, we still have a bunch left from last year. So, we'll sell the last five birds to friends.
